Our projects connect sustainability, culture and international collaboration. Each one contributes to building stronger, more inclusive communities.

What Connects Our Projects
Although diverse in form, our projects share a common core: sustainability, creativity, international collaboration and social inclusion.
From cultural festivals and migration research to sustainable building and public art, each initiative contributes to building stronger, more connected and resilient communities.
KroNland Transflorium brings together an association based in Croatia and a foundation based in the Netherlands — creating a bridge between local action and international exchange.
Through our work, we connect people, ideas and places across Europe. Each project is a step towards a more sustainable, inclusive and collaborative future.
Our Projects & Impact
Our projects and activities
As a foundation, we share honest and positive stories about children or youth with disabilities and/or those with poor social integration.
Below you’ll find a selection of our projects and activities, but we do much more!
At the heart of all KroNland – Transflorium initiatives, the Transflorium project stands as a beacon of innovation and sustainability. This flagship project aims to revolutionize urban landscapes by integrating green architecture, sustainable energy solutions and biodiversity conservation into the core of urban planning. Our goal is to create self-sustaining communities that not only reduce environmental impact, but also improve the quality of urban life. The impact extends beyond environmental benefits, fostering community awareness and engaging in sustainable practices. Progress continues as we expand our reach to more cities with the goal of setting new standards for environmentally conscious development.
